Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is £11 for sock orders under £270 and £4.99 for haberdashery orders under £180.

What are your delivery timings?

We aim to dispatch within 5 working days.

Do you have product photos I can use?

Yes. We have product cutouts and lifestyle shots that you're welcome to use on your website and social media. Drop us a request for these with your first order.

Can you supply hanging loops?

We can! If you prefer to hang our socks when displaying them please let us know and we'll supply them with hanging loops.

How will my order be packaged?

We reuse packaging wherever possible and as with our direct to customer orders, it is always plastic free.

Do you offer samples?

We can offer a 1 pair redeemable against your first order. Please get in touch with your business' details to find out more.
